Sharing Program: The Sharing Program assists elderly, disabled or fixed income households with winter heating costs. Customer donations and matching shareholder contributions are administered by Catholic Charities in Kent and New Castle counties and by the Salvation Army in Sussex County. Delmarva Power (Conectiv)
